Each PIC is given a budget of USD360, 000 to undertake “software based” renewable based activities that contribute to the overall objective of reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). An Inception workshop was held in Samoa in November 2007 to kick start this project and to finalize each PIC allocation. The PIGGAREP project is being run for five years from 2008 – 2012
