Country Report for Vanuatu - Technical Analysis of Appliance Markets to Support the Pacific Appliance Labelling and Standards (PALS) Programme

This report was prepared by the International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC) for the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership REEEP. The objective of this study is to analyze the characteristics of major appliance and lighting products and markets in Vanuatu, in order to inform and support decision-making on the most suitable Standards & Labelling (S&L) strategy for Vanuatu. The electrical appliance information presented in this section is based on data provided by the Vanuatu National Statistics Office and covers the most common electrical appliances in the country.
